To track a LitBuy order, first establish what is travelling. A seller's delivery to the warehouse and an international parcel to your address are different journeys. If you use the reference for the first journey to investigate the second, even a correct delivery event can look alarming.
Open the affected purchase or parcel in your account. Read the latest event, its date and the destination for that stage. Keep the order reference separate from any carrier tracking number. Your saved spreadsheet product link identifies what you considered buying; it does not identify a shipment.
Start with three questions
Still choosing transport rather than following a dispatched parcel? Start with the shipping calculator guide to compare estimates before treating a quoted timeframe as a tracking event.
Is the item still coming from the seller, already at the warehouse, or included in an international parcel?
Which reference belongs to that movement?
What does the latest recorded event actually say?
LitBuy's website includes a Track entry, and its Google Play listing describes parcel tracking. Those features do not make every order number a carrier number or guarantee a new scan every day. Use the reference and service attached to your own shipment.
If you have not yet submitted an international parcel, go through the warehouse planning guide first. An item can be available for your next decision without already being on its way to your home.
Seller delivery versus warehouse processing
Suppose a seller's shipment shows delivered, but the item is not yet ready for your inspection. Check whether the delivery destination was the warehouse. A transport event and the item information inside your account are different records; do not interpret one as proof that the other task has finished.
Look for the correct item rather than only the overall order. Several purchases need not reach the same stage together. If an item cannot be matched, ask support to reconcile that specific purchase with the delivery event. Provide the relevant reference privately, not in a public comment beside a screenshot of your address.
After the item information becomes available, the QC photo checklist helps you review it. Tracking cannot establish whether the received size, colour or construction matches your selection.
An international parcel needs its own record
Once you have a parcel record, check which items it includes and which shipping service you selected. Keep the parcel identifier, any tracking number and the last update together. If a second reference appears, ask which part of the journey it covers rather than replacing the earlier record without explanation.
Do not calculate arrival from the date you first saved a product. Purchase, seller dispatch, warehouse preparation and international transport are separate stages. A delivery estimate should be read with the starting event and service conditions that accompany it. See the shipping guide for separating timing estimates from price comparisons.
A number exists, but the carrier has no parcel information
Check the number character by character and confirm that you are using the carrier associated with it. An internal order ID entered into a carrier tracker may return nothing. A number that is not recognised is a reason to verify the reference, not sufficient proof that a parcel is lost or that it is moving normally.
Carrier status definitions also matter. For example, UPS explains that its Label Created status means shipment information has been received; it distinguishes that from having possession of the shipment. UPS also says long-distance shipments can remain without another scan until reaching a destination hub. These are UPS explanations, not a promise about every LitBuy shipping service or proof that your parcel uses UPS.
For your own shipment, ask whether the displayed number is active for the current stage and what event should appear next. Avoid substituting another buyer's number, carrier or timeline for your record.
No update: what to do before assuming the outcome
Save the last event text and timestamp. Check whether a current account notice or a response on your case explains the situation. If the information does not answer your question, contact support with the parcel reference and ask for clarification of the latest confirmed stage.
A useful message is:
My parcel record last changed on the date shown in the attached image. The carrier reference currently returns this message. Please confirm which reference applies now and whether any action is required from me.
That is a message template, not a description of an actual shipment. Replace it with your own details. There is no single number of silent days that proves the same outcome for all services and countries. Do not treat an estimated flight, predicted arrival or another user's experience as a completed movement.
Delivered, but not received
First establish where delivery was recorded: the warehouse, your final address or another location named in the event. For a final-delivery concern, inspect any available delivery details and check the collection or placement information attached to that shipment. Do not post those details publicly.
If you still cannot locate the parcel, report the discrepancy through the appropriate carrier or order support process and retain the response. State that you have not received it rather than confirming receipt to try to advance the tracking screen. A delivery scan alone does not answer questions about the condition or completeness of the contents.
Keep tracking separate from returns
A return may involve another movement and another reference. Do not assume that a completed outward delivery establishes a refund or that a return label means a refund has already been processed. Ask for the current return stage and the applicable next action in your existing support conversation.
The LitBuy support guide explains how to keep a request specific. If you later return to browsing, inspect this graphic T-shirt's product details on OG Spreadsheet. It is a product destination, not a tracker for an existing parcel.
Can I track an order using its spreadsheet link?
No. Use the transaction or shipment details associated with your account. A product link does not reveal your parcel's location.
Does tracking prove that the item is correct?
No. Movement records and item inspection serve different purposes. Review the contents separately when the relevant images or items are available.
